Liberated Song was first imagined as a place to share my music with the world- or at least, that very tiny portion of the world which might chance upon my little corner of the internet and stick around long enough to check it out.

As a lifelong musician and passionate lover of liberty, I firmly believe that music should be free. This does not, of course, mean that I do not believe in getting paid for my time! But as a composer or performer, I make no claims on the rights of others to listen to, share, or perform my work.

As this site grows it will contain downloadable sheet music, recorded tracks, information about booking me as a soloist or accompanist or commissioning a composition, a blog ostensibly about my attempts at making a living as a musician, and probably some random thoughts on liberty as related to my life and musical career. This is also the place to find information on the choir at Christ First United Methodist Church in Wasilla, AK, of which I am currently music director.

Thank you for visiting! May music and liberty surround you!
